I am confident that you will find all the treasures at Soul2Soul to be of excellent quality and value, but if you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase at Soul2Soul Treasures, please Contact Harusami within 48 hours of receipt with an explanation of the problem and await instructions for return. If your dissatisfaction is due to a defect in the product, damage or "item not as described" you can expect a full refund including shipping fees. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip within 14 days, your purchase will be cheerfully refunded upon return and inspection. Please ship with delivery confirmation and with shipping cost clearly marked on the package for full refund.
If you are returning a product for any other reason such as "changed mind," "ordered wrong size," "my guru said this won't help me on my spiritual journey" etc. a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Custom ordered or custom designed items are not returnable. Please make sure of your details and vision before ordering a custom creation.
Please note that I am unable to process exchanges, only refunds for returns.

Return policy for Rejuvenator Water Ionizers
Email within 48 hours of receipt and request authorization for return.
Specific Water Ionizer Policy: Within 30 days of receiving your ionizer, returns will be accepted under one of the following conditions:
- If you HAVE NOT used the Water Ionizer, and NOT removed it from the box or packing material, and it is received by us in "new" condition it is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If you HAVE opened the ionizer your return is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- If you HAVE opened the ionizer and used it your return is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus the cost of a new filter.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid (insured) by the purchaser. Remember to call or email for an RA#. Your refund will be issued as soon as we confirm receipt of the returned item in the stated condition.
Refunds will be authorized after the goods are received and inspected.
